The event was attended by the heads of subdivisions of JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk.

The objectives of the training are to form a portrait of an effective manager, identify the limitations and growth areas of the manager, link internal motives and goals of the company, encourage ambitions, turn the thinking of managers towards taking responsibility and finding opportunities, setting goals and energizing for action.

To consolidate the results obtained, business coaches held a team-building event for the team: a bowling competition. The participants were able to work out the skills of interaction in a team in a non-standard environment and when performing unusual work.

The result of the event is the formation among ZiO managers awareness in the vision of a portrait of an effective manager who sets goals and takes responsibility for their achievement.
