According to the contract with LLC LUKOIL-Energoengineering, JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk supplies three steam generating units and provides services for supervision of installation and commissioning work as a part of the investment project “Construction of steam generating units at Usinsk oil field”. This contract was a continuation of the supply of similar steam generating units produced by ZiO, which in the amount of 8 units are already being successfully operated at the field and received a positive feedback from the Customer.

Steam generating units with a once-through boiler were developed by ZiO as part of the import substitution program and are designed to enhance oil recovery by generating wet steam or high-pressure hot water for thermal steam treatment of high-viscosity oil from Usinsk oil field. Early delivery of ZiO’s steam generating equipment will allow to start installation and commissioning works. The start of operation is scheduled for late 2020 - early 2021.
