Top managers, heads of departments and task force of the project “Increasing Labor Productivity” took part in the training “Increasing the efficiency of internal interaction in implementation of projects.”
The event was aimed at accelerating the processes of interaction between key departments within the framework of project execution, as well as minimizing internal and external restrictions that impede their effective implementation.
At the end of the second day of training, in order to practice teamwork skills, a classic sailing regatta competition was held for employees.
This type of competition was an excellent team-building event that could demonstrate how to unite in a short period in order to make the right decisions in an attempt to defeat competitors and the elements.
The training session took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere and ended on a positive note.
