A ceremony marking the 245th anniversary of Podolsk’s founding took place at Vityaz Ice Palace on 9 October.
The celebration included an awards ceremony honoring residents and representatives of organizations that have made significant contributions to the city and the Moscow Region. Maksim Sdobnov, First Deputy General Director of Podolsk Machine-Building Plant JSC, received a commendation from the Governor of the Moscow Region for dedicated service and professionalism. Maria Nagornaya, First Deputy Chair of the Moscow Region Government, presented the award.
Podolsk Machine-Building Plant has operated for more than a century, and the development of its home city is especially important to the company. The plant continues to uphold and develop Podolsk’s industrial traditions and strengthen its manufacturing capabilities.
