The supply of components for new boiler units at Krasnoyarsk TPP-1 is carried out in accordance with technological sequence of installation. At this stage, shipment of metal structures, heating surfaces and tubular air heaters sections was performed.Installation and assembly works of boiler units st. No. 15 and st. No. 16 will be performed by one of the enterprises of ZiO Group of Companies - Krasnoyarsk boiler-building plant LLC.

Comprehensive testing, warranty tests and commissioning of ZiO’s boiler units will be performed under normal conditions during 2023 - 2024.

It is expected that the replacement of boilers st. No. 15 and st. No. 16 will become a part of environmental modernization of Krasnoyarsk TPP-1 and will help reduce TPP emissions into the atmosphere by 25% by 2025.

ZiO has more than 70 years of experience in the design of boiler equipment and is the original manufacturer of PK-10SH boilers supplied to Krasnoyarsk TPP-1 in the 50s of the last century, which service life has already expired by now.

Specialization in combustion of low-grade fuels allows ZiO Group of Companies to carry out large-scale projects for reconstruction and modernization of boiler plants. In particular, the company has implemented projects for technical re-equipping of original boiler equipment at Nazarovskaya and Reftinskaya TPPs.
