On June 22, 2022, on the basis of the Historical and Memorial Museum-Reserve "Podoliye", a presentation of the book by Pavel and Olga Goldunov about the history of the armored train "Podolsk Worker" was held, which was built in 1942 at Podolsk factory named after Ordzhonikidze.

It is symbolic that the presentation of the memory book about the exploits of the home front workers who built the armored train in difficult conditions, and its personnel who took part in deadly battles, took place on the Day of Memory and Sorrow.

The publication was sponsored by JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk and ZiO-Podolsk JSC.

Deputy General Director for Marketing and Project Management Natalia Sidorenko made a congratulatory speech to the publishers and presented 30 copies of the book to the historical class room of Vocational school No. 1 in Podolsk on behalf of JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk.

“Pavel and Olga did a great research job. It is important that this business has its continuation. The event was attended by a delegation of schoolchildren from the 1st Vocational school, headed by the curator of scientific school projects on the history Yulia Puzyreva. We would very much like the memory of the feat of our grandfathers and the work done by M-ART to inspire the young generation for new researches,” - Natalia Sidorenko.

JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk (ZiO) is one of the leading Russian power engineering enterprises. The plant traces its history back to 1919.
